These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Eco Sun Power, relating to the installation, supply and maintenance of solar panel systems. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.1 All quotations and prices are without obligation unless otherwise stated.
2.2 An agreement is considered concluded after the customer has agreed to the offer in writing and any required deposit has been received.
3.1 Payment shall be made according to the agreed payment terms.
3.2 If payment is delayed, interest and collection costs may be charged.
4.1 Eco Sun Power will endeavor to meet the agreed installation and delivery deadlines. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances may occur.
4.2 The customer is responsible for providing a suitable and safe installation site, as well as access for the installation team.
5.1 Eco Sun Power provides warranty on the installed solar panels and associated components according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
5.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to perform regular maintenance according to Eco Sun Power’s instructions to maintain the warranty.
6.1 Eco Sun Power shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
6.2 Eco Sun Power’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services to which the liability relates.
These general conditions are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Spain, without regard to conflicting legal provisions.
